GAP

A Commercialization Gap Assessment that will evaluate The Company relative to a set of success factors and recommended practices for start-ups.  This information will give the Company evidence-based insights on its achievements, strengths and gaps for its own reference, and also serves as a foundation for any subsequent engagements to evaluate high priority gaps in greater detail, or develop action plans to address these gaps over time.   

The Gap Assessment consists of reviewing the available business plan and a discussion-based questionnaire, requiring approximately 2 to 3 hours of interview time with representative(s) of The Company that are familiar with all aspects of its technology offering, its business operations and marketplace activities.
